Wedding Consultations
are by appointment.
Consultation
appointments should be made
3-4 months prior to
wedding date.
We will be happy to
take walk-in consultations if time permits.

Original consultation
fee is $30.00,
which goes towards
your booked wedding.
Original
consultations consist of a 30 minute to 1 hour consult
and one 30 minute
follow up.
Any additional
consultations will be $30.00 each for 30 minutes
and cannot be
credited towards your wedding.

Your wedding
consultation fee does not confirm
your wedding order
with us.
You must pay for your
order to confirm that your wedding flowers
are to be prepared by
Norfolk Wholesale Flroal.

Payments can be made
in full at time of order or
must be completely
paid no less than six weeks
prior to your wedding
date.
~
There is a $50.00
cancellation fee
on all weddings and
custom orders.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your
order up to 15 days
before the date of
the wedding
for a full refund
less initial
consultation and change order charges.
There are NO REFUNDS
PAST THIS POINT FOR ANY REASON.
